We are the best home tutor academy in Pakistan. Private tutoring is not always effective in raising academic achievement and in some schools students commonly skip classes or sleep through lessons because they are tired after excessive external study. This means that the shadow system can make regular schooling less efficient.
Teachers who spend more time focusing on private lessons than regular classes can cause greater inefficiencies in the mainstream school system. Situations in which teachers provide extra private lessons for pupils for whom they are already responsible in the public system can lead to corruption.

Are you a dedicated tutor ready to make an impact? Edbit Digital Academy offers a transparent and rewarding platform. Here’s a snapshot of our key policies:
1. Registration & Commission:
- Registration Fee: A one-time PKR 1500/- for 12 months. Pay PKR 500/- to start, remaining PKR 1000/- is deducted from your first successful tuition. (Easypaisa: 03333896737)
- Commission (First Month’s Fee): Varies by tuition type and duration:
- 3+ Months: 55% Home Tuitions, 65% Online Tuitions (includes 5% tax adjustment).
- 2 Months: 35% Home Tuitions, 45% Online Tuitions.
- 1 Month or Less: 25% Home Tuitions, 35% Online Tuitions.
2. How We Allot Tuitions:
- Tuitions are posted in dedicated groups. Apply by “liking” the post. Priority given to early applicants, registered tutors, qualified individuals, and those who have submitted their signed agreement.
3. Professional Conduct & Demerit System:
- Maintain professionalism and timely communication. A demerit point system is in place (20 pts for 30-day suspension, 40 pts for 60-day, 50 pts for indefinite suspension) for policy breaches, including direct fee collection from clients (40 demerit points).
4. Payments & Discontinuation:
- Your payment is processed 48 hours after we receive the fee from the parent. For new tutors or those with demerits, payments are processed in 15 days.
- Specific policies cover tuition discontinuation (reimbursement depends on reason) and tutor liability for advance fees.
5. Loyalty & Bonuses:
- Commission Discount: After 5 confirmed tuitions, your commission to us drops to 40% (Home) / 50% (Online) for the rest of the year!
- Monthly Recognition: Top tutors can earn a PKR 3000/- cashback/food voucher monthly.
- Yearly Performance Bonuses: Earn a bonus on your total confirmed tuition value (yearly, July-June): 1% for PKR 300K-450K, 5% for PKR 451K-800K, and 7% for PKR 801K+.
